Toggle between 'Topmost' and 'Not Topmost'.

When the application window is on Topmost mode, INFOMATO window will always float on top of the other open windows. Click again will switch back to 'Not topmost' mode.

INFOMATO Server status indicator.

When the 'light' is green, the server has completed its delivery to INFOMATO client (the application window).
When the 'light' turns red, the client is to send the request to submit a request.
When the 'light' turns yellow, the client is waiting for the server to deliver the results.
When the progress bar is moving, delivery is in progress.

Enter a combination of keywords here to find folder topics in the database. The sequence of keywords is not important. For instance, 'small fish' and 'fish small' will yield the same result. when no text is enter, clicking here will show a list of the most recent topics.

Click to refresh just like refresh your browser. It submits the request to the INFOMATO server (local on your PC or on the intranet) again if the last request was not successful.

Create a new Magic Folder with one folder topic. You can add more folder topics to this Magic Folder by clicking the icon saying 'Add a new topic to selected reminders.

Show the most recent reminders where you have opened, added, or deleted contents.

Click the check icon: Clear any checked topics below.
Click the unchecked icon: Clear any unchecked topics below.

Unchecked topics are ignored. By checking and unchecking topics you can quickly hop between topics of interests.

When hold down the 'Ctrl' key you can select multiple topics at the same time.
You can take out a topic from here by dragging it out of this panel.

Toggle between the reminder list view or the index view for the listing reminders. The topic index can be displayed according to popularity order, alphabetical order, or access time order.

When it is in topic index view, pay attention to the number inside each orange ball for each topic. This number represents how many reminders will be displayed if you drag the topic to the "find reminders" panel.

When hold down the 'Ctrl' key you can select multiple topics at the same time.
You can dragging it to Panel 2. Try it in your application. The number of reminders will reduce to the number indicated in the orange ball.

Click 'Panel 3' to enlarge Panel 3 viewing area. Click 'Panel 4' to enlarge Panel 4 viewing area. Click 'All Panels' to restore back to default.

Click to add a new topic to any CHECKED reminders in Panel 4. If your 'new topic' already exist, you will be reminded and the existing topic will be used.

Check this checkbox opens the contents of this Magic Folder in Panel 5 below. You may check multiple reminders to see the contents summary in Panel 5.

The number here indicates the number of content items in this Magic Folder. Click the icon to see mouse menu.

The number of days ('D') or months ('M') since the last time you added to, deleted from, or renamed a content item in this Magic Folder. In this example, it was 5 days (5 D) ago content items in this Magic Folder was accessed.

Click this tab to view legacy INFOMATO Notes and emails. Do not click this tab if you never use it before.

Click to spawn off a clone window of panel 5. You can open or add content items in the clone window but it will have no effect on INFOMATO database.

Click a column to sequence the content items below based on the selected column.

Double click to open this content. Right click to see (in the application, not here) a mouse menu. Hold down the 'Ctrl' key to select multiple items. Press "Cotrol & C" keys to copy, "Control & V" keys to paste. You can copy or drag the selected items to an Outlook Email or a Windows Folder.

Drag a topic(s) into this area from Panels 3 and 4. Right click (in the application, not here) to see mouse menu.
